SHARING COMMON PASSIONS OUR LOVE FOR HORSES, THE SPORT, AND GIVING BACK.
Dina Reynolds
Producer
“Cowgirl Dina”—a name I inherited from a precious little boy that has forever impacted my life by the name of Ryan Bailey (shown in the picture). I have been involved with horses since the age of 3. My pony would be tied to the front porch when my Dad got home from work and we would ride until the sun came up. That love for horses never went away, competing in high school rodeos, local jackpots, and other events. In 2006 I began producing and promoting team roping events which led to announcing, producing our own barrel races, and later serving as a timer for the last World Barrel Racing Finals Booger Barter produced along with being a part of the Josey Reunion and Jr. World events. The most recent accomplishment is working for rodeo’s power house couple Mike & Sherrlynn Johnson and Vegas Tuffest Jr. World Championship events and producing the Lucky Lotto Race for the Bonus event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Because of all those who gave me a shot along the way, I have met some incredible people and had an amazing journey. My parents have been a huge part of my “horse habits.” When my Dad saddled up and rode into Heaven on Sept 2, 2010, I focused more on the production side of the events rather than the competition side. I am beyond thankful for everything God has provided in my life. I am blessed with a wonderful mom, my Dad & stepdad who both watch over me from Heaven, my older brother & sister whom I love very much, 5 nieces/nephews, 4 great-nieces/nephews (1 more on the way) who have my heart completely. A statement made to me from the late 1990 Reserve World Champion Deb Mohon I challenge everyone to use as a guideline is ”To be a champion inside the arena, you must also be a champion outside the arena.” Keep God first in your life and know “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Phil 4:13
Jarred Campbell
The Voice Behind the Mic
Jarred Campbell comes to us from Idabel, Oklahoma. Joining our team in 2021, he is no stranger to the rodeo industry. He started traveling at an early age playing music and announcing at both amateur and pro rodeos. When he is not behind the mic announcing you will find him actively involved in county shows where he often assists as event auctioneer. Jarred is an active member of local Chamber activities and also serves as a volunteer firefighter. He loves to hunt, work on their ranch but his greatest love is for his wife Allison and their two precious little girls. We are super excited to have him as part of the Lucky Lotto team. He fits right in with the craziness!

Roe Ann Logan has been a long-time friend and a fellow barrel racer from the Gilmer Tx area. She too has produced local jackpots, rodeoed, raised, and trained barrel horses over the years. When she isn’t busy working on tax preparations, Roe Ann spends her time with her husband Russ and her family. She loves to watch all the grandkids in their activities and is very proud of her son Daniel as he has chosen to serve our country. Roe Ann has been a great addition to the team and has been a huge help to me since beginning our event.

She and her husband Jake live in the Diana, Tx area and have been long-time family friends. She tipped a barrel IN 2018 to qualify for the finals at a chance to compete at AT&T Stadium. Shelby and Stitch took home the 2021 Barrels for Angels Sweepstakes Champion win pocketing just north of $3,000 but graciously donated a portion of her winnings to ETAN. Shelby is a great asset to our team for sure! You will find her working hard at the entry registration table during our event or making another great run coming down the alley!

Living in the Harleton, Tx area, she and her husband Josh have two precious little boys. In addition to devoting her time to her family, Misty teaches full time for the kindergarten ages. Her favorite quote is “God doesn’t give you the people you want. Instead, He gives you the people you need. To teach you, to hurt you, to love you and to make you exactly the way you’re meant to be. ” He definitely gave our team a great asset when he gave us Misty and looking forward to another great year!

It is a great feeling knowing you have a team member on the gate you know will take care of everyone and keep them rolling in as well! Welcome to the team Kristen! We sure appreciate you!

Jana Bales lives in Longview Tx and has been a long-time friend. She does not come from a barrel racing background but has a love for animals. She has helped over the years with various team ropings working the backup stopwatch and wanted to be more involved in our event. She has been a team member since the first race in 2014 and is a great person to have on board. Loyal is a great word used to describe her character. She puts her heart and soul into anything she may be a part of. Jana works in the medical billing field and in her spare time spends as much time as she can with her son, daughter, and her grandkids.
Frank Haltom

Frank Haltom, from Shreveport La, became a part of our team in 2018. He is a hard-working, fun individual with a large amount of strength for sure! He has competed in jackpot barrel races for several years. You will see him around the races cutting up with people and always having a good time. Frank loves to come to the events around the areas to just visit, pitch in to help when he can, or cheer a competitor on. He does a great job keeping the ground consistent for our contestants and keeping the drags rolling smooth. A great asset to our team!

After the race she usually finds a way to take my phone away from me, answers all incoming messages and is a huge help with the informational part of our events. Danielle has been a longtime friend and super honored to have her on our team.
Bobbi Stone
Consulting Team Member
I have had a love and passion for horses since I was a little girl. My mom took me to a local rodeo near our home. I remember thinking how big the horses looked and how gorgeous their riders were. That night I fell in love with rodeo. From the age of 9 to 19 I was mostly involved in horse shows and local rodeos winning numerous buckles, saddles and competing in 4-H. My dream was not fulfilled until I met the lady, I looked up to all those years, Deb Mohon. Deb taught me how to become a champion in the rodeo arena, a champion not only inside the arena but outside the arena too. After taking a 5-year break, I am slowly making my way back into the life we call barrel racing. When not on horseback, I enjoy traveling and love the beach life. I currently work for a 24/7 Emergency Response company as an outside sales rep cleaning up oil spills and other lines of business. My biggest supporter is my husband, Shawn. I do not have children of my own, but I am blessed with a beautiful stepdaughter. I feel God has blessed me with another opportunity to follow my dreams.
Chancelee Edney
Original Partner of Lucky Lotto Events
Although not actively involved in our events at the present time, she is our “silent” member. The friend that gave the ultimate “push” to promote, obtain sponsors, came up with crazy ideas but was so full of life and creativity. Chancelee Edney, our original team member whom many in our barrel racing family know as the “crazy girl working the holding pen at Josey’s.” Watching her grow from a little tomboy with short hair and a baseball cap into a beautiful person inside and out, we are blessed to have her as a friend. Always laughing, always having fun, and always supporting everyone in any way she can. Growing up, Chancelee was very active in the horse world competing in local horseshows and high school rodeos qualifying for state competition several times. She is the mother of two boys which keeps her schedule busy. You can find Chancelee at one of the many baseball games or dirt bike races strongly cheering on her boys or dressed in camo hunting with them. Creativity is her strong point. Feel free to check out some of her work through her Facebook page Chancelee Edney Designs. There you will see how she turns pictures into amazing works of art. She is a person that loves God and knows that everything is possible through Him.
